I attended Tevia’s Qigong course at the Yoga Barn at the end of Feb this year. I’m happy to say that all your teaching stuck and I now practice the snake form regularly. It was a brilliant course, I really enjoyed it and learnt absolutely loads, it’s changed the way I practice and I can already see improvements so thank you very much.
